So what exactly is a Life Coach? 

According to the International Coaching Federation, coaching is partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership. We all have goals we want to reach, challenges we’re striving to overcome and times when we feel stuck. Partnering with a coach can change your life, setting you on a path to greater personal and professional fulfillment.

I believe people are capable of healing themselves; and I want to work with them so that they believe it.  I am passionate about achieving what matters most. And what matters the most is different for each person.

I work with people who want to shift their life and need help getting started so that they will feel excited and capable of achieving all the things that are important to them – and live a life with no regrets.

Sessions are scheduled online and held over Zoom.  Clients can book them at their convenience and each session lasts approximately 1 hour.  We will focus on the areas of priority as established by you. 

In some cases, we will access various tools to measure things like strengths and weaknesses, personality types, etc.  Generally, there will be homework after each session.  All conversations are confidential.

Each client will benefit from a different number of sessions.  I recommend a minimum of 3.
