So what exactly is an Executive Coach?

An executive coach is a qualified professional that works with individuals (usually executives, but often high-potential employees) to help them gain self-awareness, clarify goals, achieve their development objectives, unlock their potential, and act as a sounding board.

I sport several notable logos in my career history.  I have had the good fortune to work in executive roles at Scotiabank Group, run my own small business in the technology consulting space and most recently work as a Partner in MNP’s Technology Solutions division.  These experiences have given me over 25 years of insights into key attributes that formulate an individual’s career success.

As part of executive coaching services, I meet with clients online over Zoom and explore strengths, weaknesses and work preferences and come up with a plan to achieve career success.

I conduct 360 feedback sessions with key individuals who can speak to the performance of the individual in the workplace and leverage this information for the benefit of the coachee.

I am also a confidential sounding board for my clients creating a safe space to talk things out.

Each client will benefit from a different number of sessions.  I recommend a minimum of 10.

I invite you to get in touch with me for a complimentary 15 minute chat to ask questions and find the comfort that this is right for you or for your organization
